How People use the ring
" It's a portal between our inner and outer world "
" The numen is an invitation into a more intimate conversation with the interwoven web of life; like a cairn along the path of noticing the ever-present, here and now.
The ring holds the power of threes; the polarity of two opposing forces, and yet the third one is the mystery itself - the Tao - spiraling through.
It is a sacred tool, a toroidal forcefield, revealing the circular nature of the seasons and life cycles of all living things "
When I hold around the numen, I ask myself the question: Do I live, so that I could die now ? Do I behave like a person my dear ones were happy to have in their lives ? What should I do right now in order to have a great day if this should be my last ?
The numen reminds me of my connection to nature, to each other and to remember that we are part of the eternal cycle. My Memento Mori, in my pocket.
Laura's latest book "Taken by the Light" about death bed phenomena and near death experiences.
" I use it to remind me of non-duality and unity in general "
" I've worn the numen for some time now, and I think it’s great.
I especially use it to remind me of nonduality and basic unity in general.
Very much appreciated "
" The numen represents life's unpredictability and holds a deep emotional connection for me. It's a reminder that we can't always plan life.
For me, it serves as a tool for meditation, focus, and self-empowerment.
The numen emphasizes the impermanence of life, reflecting cycles of growth and decline, much like our understanding of sustainability and regeneration "
" The numen has a curious mix of grounded yet fluid and mysterious presence "
" I use my numen, large size, when I’m running groups. It sits on my DJ desk, until it’s needed, as a touch-stone to be passed around a group signifying connection, communication and completion.
It feels good in my hands, and those who pick it up. It's solidity, combined with a curious mix of grounded yet fluid and mysterious presence:
Our connection with each other is clear, yet goes far beyond what we can see "
" It's my access point to the
emergent future "
" When my fingertips, or eyes, touch the numen, I sense the universe' endless possibilities expanding into infinity.
Since I was a little girl, my jewelry has been tools for transformation. With the numen I found something even more precious, an access point to life force, to eros itself.
I now recommend it to my clients, as a tool to support their evolutionary journey ”
"The numen transmits not just beauty, but truth, by putting me literally "in touch" with the deep structures of the Cosmos. What a gift "
" The numen evokes a shift in consciousness humanity needs "
" On the vision quests I lead in Sinai, I use the numen to empower each participant to embody their wisdom perspective.
It has taken our retreats to the next level and helps evoke the collective shift humanity calls for.
Numen is transcendental at its core, and serves as a guide into the unknown; to stay awake and focus on what moves you forward with grace and courage "
I use my numen pendant to reconnect deeply to my essence AND simultaneously be connected with the big WE, my community. Just letting the finger tips meet inside the ring anchors me into peace. A deep feeling of YES and meaning.
I also experiment with it; use it with a small pearl to reinforce a clear focus, or with a heart to increase the feeling of infinite love
" Numen transmits LIFE's evolution towards ever more wholeness "
" I’ve been following and supporting the numen since the beginning. The ring's intertwining form opens me to, and deepens my trust in, evolution. It points to the simplicity on the other side of complexity and inspires me to do the inner work that brings us into alignment with wholeness.
The micro transformations fit well with how I see effective practice: Waking up, again and again, and choosing to show up in life in alignment with one’s highest wholesome intelligence. "
“ We are totally attached. The triangle cross-section represents trinities; mind/body/spirit, waking/dreaming/deep sleep, waking up/growing up/cleaning up, father/son/holy spirit, etc. The mobius rotation, one edge, one face, represents our inherent connection and infinite and cyclic evolution. The centre represents emptiness, showing up, unity, singularity, etc. The outside defines the centre as the centre defines the outside, forever an interdependent contradiction. As I wear it, it falls exactly over my heart centre, as I do a forward bent it lands exactly on my Ajna centre, providing a portal to spaciousness to both. I love that it is embraced and worn by Ken Wilber and Terry Patten, so it is my integral inspiration. I have beautiful memories talking to Jakob and Terry about brother David's blessing all who wear the ring. Catalyzed by my numen, I have reconnected, and am integrating my magic shamanic self, at last "
