Using the numen as a Polarity enabler is about understanding the dynamic interplay between interdependent opposites that fuel growth and transformation. Polarity teaches us that both sides are essential, creating a tension that drives creativity and evolution. By consciously working with these forces, we can harness their power to create balance and innovation in our lives.

The numen ring primarily exhibits polarity by the edges and the grooves. First notice the sharp convex quality of the edges and feel what they can do: Split, discern and differentiate. Then notice the soft concave quality of the grooves and feel what they can do: Receive, include and integrate.
They are fundamentally opposites, and yet they are interdependent, complementary and in mutual tension. The edges define the groove and grooves are defined by the edges.
Polarity refers to the presence of opposite forces or dual aspects within a unified whole, such as light and dark, positive and negative, or masculine and feminine. This principle highlights the dynamic balance and interplay between these opposites, which is essential for growth and transformation.
Polarity was probably build into the universe from the beginning. In fact it appears to be one of the main drivers for evolution itself.
Understanding polarity allows individuals to embrace the tension between contrasting elements, fostering a deeper awareness and integration of their full spectrum of experiences.
In contemporary life, recognizing and working with polarity can enhance decision-making, creativity, and emotional intelligence. It encourages a holistic approach, appreciating that opposites are interconnected and mutually enriching.
